		<description>The above article says this book is a perfect place to jump into the series.  I disagree.  I stopped reading after page 18 because there was more &#039;telling&#039; of the story (history of the dragons) than &#039;showing&#039;.  Even though this may be one book in a series, it is never a good idea to &#039;tell&#039; me what, when, where, and why.  Show me or I lose interest.  The story itself is interesting, but I believe potential readers should begin with the first book.
